One fluffy dog had zero patience left for jokes, especially with snacks on the other side of the door.
Goont, a fluffy black-and-white Border Collie and Australian Shepherd mix, had done everything right. The walk was finished, the hallway was conquered, and the pink leash led straight to the front door, where the treats live. Then Goont's mom tried a tiny experiment and simply didn't open it.
That glance back over the shoulder is the whole joke. Goont isn't worried and isn't confused, just quietly checking whether Mom has forgotten how doorknobs work, the way you'd eye a friend fumbling for their keys. A second later the polite phase is over, and the pounce lands with an energy that can only be described as "I said OPEN IT!"
Goont's mom, who shares these moments on @goont_the_sheepdog, wrote the dog's side in one breath: "Like what are we waiting for.. I have treats to eat bruh." One viewer took Goont's side completely: "You better damn hurry up and let that puppy inside." Another owner admitted the same attitude lives at their house: "My dog passive aggressively huffs 🤣 I think he has learnt it from me 🫣."
That's what makes Goont so easy to love. The prank lasted a few seconds, the lecture was delivered paws first, and the dog with treats waiting behind that dark door was absolutely right.
