Jocko's Corncob Salon Leaves Cat Sister Jolene Looking Gorgeous

Jocko's Corncob Salon Leaves Cat Sister Jolene Looking Gorgeous

Not an attack — just a stylist who works with his mouth.

Sit still. Stylist at work. Corncob technique. Trust the process.

Appointment at the Corncob Salon

From Jocko's side of the couch, Jolene is not a cat. She is a cob. A very patient cob. He lines up his teeth the way a street stylist lines up clips, and he gets to work — gentle nibbles down her back like he is shucking summer corn for tips.

Remy (@remyslittlegremlins) calls the session what it is: Jocko's corncob salon. The black dog keeps the rhythm soft. The black cat stays put. Nobody is fleeing the chair. That is either trust or excellent customer retention.

Watch long enough and the "gorgie results" land: slightly rumpled fur, same unbothered face. Jolene looks like she paid for the deluxe package and got a light misting of dog spit instead. She does not file a complaint.

Not an Attack. A Spa Day.

Think he is going after the cat? The research file reads differently.

In a 2017 Frontiers in Psychology study, Evan MacLean and colleagues coded gentle mouthing with play and contact as affiliative social behavior, and found dogs' salivary oxytocin rose after friendly interaction — a bonding signal, not a fight cue.

So the wet patch on Jolene's coat is less "crime scene" and more "she left with a complimentary rinse." Jocko is not hunting his sister. He is finishing her look.

That rumpled stripe down her back was never a scare. It was a booking at the only salon that accepts corn as payment and cats as clients.

Remy's caption still holds the door open: welcome back to the corncob salon — and yes, watch to the end for Jolene's gorgie results.

The internet clocked the vibe immediately.

"Jocko nibbles just like I nibble my cat Jimmy!!! 😊 🌽 💜"
"A boy and his 🌽 snack"
"Besties for life 🥰"
"Is that wet/rumpled fur spot from a corn cob attack 😂"
